Q. HOW DO I RESERVE A PRIVATE PARTY?
A. We are a first come first serve basis. You can either reserve your date over the phone with a credit card or
come down to our location. Once your date & time have been selected a signed party agreement with a
$200 deposit will be necessary to secure your date.
Q. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Cash. Balance is the day of your event with an 18% gratituty add to
your final invoice.
Q. WHEN DO I NEED TO PROVIDE A FINAL GUEST COUNT?
A. We will contact you a week prior to your event to let you know we are getting ready for your child's special event.
Your final guest count is due 3-4 day prior to your event. We ask you provide as accurate a guest count as
possible as this will be used for staffing, food etc.
Q. WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL MY PARTY?
A. Should the birthday child have a medical emergency we will allow you to reschedule within 1 week from
original party date with our next available opening. Should you not be to reschedule, you will run the risk
of losing your original deposit.
Q. WHAT IF I HAVE LESS THAN 10 GUESTS.
A. Our parties are calculated on a 10 guest minmum. You will be held responsible for party
package agreed to at the time of booking regardless of not meeting the requirment.
Q. I AM CONCERED ABOUT THE SPREAD OF LICE?
A. Our combs are soaked in salon standard disinfectent each comb. If any child arrives at the
party with lice, the parents will be contacted and services will NOT be provided.
Q. CAN PARENTS STAY DURING THE PARTY?
A. Of course parents can stay. We have plenty of room for you to entertain the parents.
We offer a speical menu for the adults guests & parents are encouraged to stay to watch the show. It's worth it
Q. CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?
A. Due to the allegery concerns of our guests, we don not allow food to be brought in. We can provide options
to help meet the needs of all our guests. We also provide a menu for adult as well. Our menu offers
many price points to suit any budget. Thank you for understanding.
